Sunday 1st April 2102

Hello Friends,

Its rather ‘parky’ in the mornings, but how lovely to see the Spring colours all around as daffodils, tulips, and pansies burst out of the ground, and magnolia trees dazzle us with their particular beauty.

Next Sunday is ‘Palm Sunday’ (… ask one of us!). April 1st is also ‘All Fools Day’ in the UK, when we play silly tricks on each other before noon. Hmmm!!

Join us next Sunday afternoon, 1st April, when we meet from 2.30 pm until 4.30 pm in the ‘Lounge’, Emmanuel Church Centre, 43 Forest Road. Your hosts will be Tricia, Kevin and Becky, with other volunteers. Bring a friend with you ~ OPEN-HOUSE International Café is especially for overseas visitors to L’boro (students, academics, employees, married or single, children and adults); those for whom the U.K. is a ‘foreign’ land!

Also on Sunday, you are invited to an International Tea @ John Storer House – from 5 pm to 7 pm. It’s a ‘Bring-n-Share’ meal followed by an interesting talk. Everybody is welcome – more info on http://sfellowship.org.

May you all experience God’s wonderful blessing,

Clive
