28th January 2015

Hello Friends,

We'll meet next Sunday afternoon (1st Feb) from 2.30 pm until 4.30 pm in the ‘Lounge’ @ Emmanuel Church Centre, 43 Forest Road; your 'hosts' will be Guy, Stephie, and Aaron ~ plus other volunteers! OPEN-HOUSE International Friendship Café welcomes overseas visitors to Loughborough (students, academics, employees, residents - married or single, children and adults); those for whom the U.K. is a ‘foreign’ land!

Do invite your overseas friends to join us on Sunday afternoons ~ we have travel books, games of skill, toys for the children, refreshments ~ and opportunities for making new friends, learn about different places, and practice your English.

Also this Sunday, beginning at 5 pm, you are invited to an International Tea at John Storer House.   We shall enjoy a 'Bring-and-Share' meal (please bring some food) so do invite a friend to come with you.   This month's speaker has a talk with an intriguing title!   More details at info@sfellowship.org.   After the meal and talk, many of us will walk along to Emmanuel Church to support Cherrie and others at their Baptism Service (with refreshments following).

May you all experience God’s wonderful blessing,
