Sunday 13 December will be the third Sunday in the season of Advent.

Advent is a Latin word meaning coming and is the season during which we are invited to reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ on the first Christmas Day, and on the Christian conviction that He will come again when human history, as we know it, reaches its end. It also reminds us of the actual coming of Christ which we can all experience at a personal level, if we invite Him into our lives as Saviour and Lord.
