Tomorrow, Friday 16th December - we have our Annual OPEN-HOUSE Christmas Dinner & Celebration at St Peter’s Centre on Storer Road, Loughborough, LE11 5EQ, starting at 6.30 pm.   You must have already purchased a ticket for this event.   Please arrive on time as the evening’s events includes a hot Christmas meal as well as some seasonal entertainment.
On Sunday, 18th December, at 6.25 pm, there will be Christmas Carol Services at Emmanuel Church and at Kings Church.   You are especially invited to either of these happy occasions, and several OPEN-HOUSE  supporters will be at each venue.   We always enjoy hot mince pies and mulled wine after the service.   You know where Emmanuel Church is; King’s Church is on the road junction next to Sainsbury’s.   We look forward to seeing you there (be early to get a good seat!).
Next Thursday 22nd December there will be a free Lunchtime Concert at Emmanuel Church.   Vocal group   “The8” will perform a varied programme of Christmas music.   The Concert begins 12.45 pm with soup and roll lunches served from 11.30 am (there is a small charge for the lunch).
Christmas Markets - a series of markets including a farmers market, weekly retail markets and a specialist arts, craft and food market – often with entertainment and music – will be held in the town centre over the next two weeks.   For full details of Loughborough Council’s Local Christmas programme visit: www.loveloughborough.co.uk/christmas
